PRO-ATTIVO consultant recognised by the IoSM

We are pleased to announce that another of our consultants has been awarded membership of the prestigious Institute of Service Management, congratulations to Doug Read (MISM) who has been confirmed at the "Member" level of the institute. The Institute of Service Management is considered by many as a centre of excellence for IT Service Management professionals. Unlike the itSMF, the IoSM is focused on individuals rather than organizations. It’s main aim is to provide career development, guidance and support for IT Service Management Professionals. Applications for the Institute are carefully regulated and members must provide evidence of their appropriate skills and experience in the field of IT Service Management. Membership levels range from Associate, Student, Practitioner and Member to the highest grade of Fellow.
