Launch of the ISO/IEC 20000 Qualification Program in Japan

EXIN Partners and candidates in Japan will have the opportunity to learn how certified ISO/IEC 20000 professionals can improve IT services provision and management based on the IT Service Management standard. Key Japanese business leaders will present their experiences at EXIN’s ISO/IEC 20000 seminar in Tokyo. The seminar that will be held on December 18, 2008, marks the official launch of the ISO/IEC Qualification Program for that region.
