PRO-ATTIVO are the world's first ATP for the exciting new EXIN ISO/IEC 20000 Scheme

EXIN recently announced the launch of their new ISO/IEC 20000 qualification scheme. PRO-ATTIVO have provided expert assistance to complement EXIN's own skills in developing the new qualification scheme including contributing to the development of the scheme structure, qualification specification and question production.

The Foundation Level is aimed at all ITSM staff and those who interact with them. It provides an overview of the standard and an insight in to the profile of an ISO/IEC 20000 ready service provider.

The next level up is the Professional Level which provides practical guidance on how ISO/IEC 20000 can be satisfied, eg. how would you implement or refine the Change, Configuration, Release and Planning & Implementing New or Changed Service processes within the context of the standard.

The final level is split in to two tracks. The Management Track provides guidance on cultural change, cabapability assessments and the creation of key managemeny system documents such as policies and frameworks. The Auditing Track provides guidance on auditing techniques and the rigour required as a Lead Auditor.
