New 2008 ISO/IEC 20000 course schedule announced

Our schedule has been enhanced and expanded for this year reflecting the success of our ISO/IEC 20000 education portfolio. It now includes the new EXIN ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation which pro-attivo helped to develop working with EXIN. We have also introduced 1 day awareness sessions. To view the schedule click here.
