New version of ISO/IEC 20000 - hear Dr Jenny Dugmore at the ITSM Seminar 2nd July

We are very pleased to announce that Dr Jenny Dugmore has kindly expanded her presentation to also cover off the current development of ISO/IEC 20000 which is undergoing a revision. She will outline key considerations and the timeframe. As you will hear, the standard for IT service management may play an even more significant role in our community following the introduction of ITIL®3.
