PRO-ATTIVO are proud to be reviewers and will be offering ITIL v3 accredited training later this year. In the meantime we continue to offer ITIL v2 training and our world leading ISO/IEC 20000 training.

Our ISO/IEC 20000 training programme has been designed by world renowned consultant and lecturer, David Clifford FISM (a Fellow of the Institute of IT Service Management - ISM). The next opportunity to hear David speak regarding the standard is at the itSMF UK Special Interest Group meeting on Thursday 25th January, 2007. He will be talking about the standard with regards to the people related topics. He will do this from a context of the ISM representing one of his other roles as Vice President M&P ISM.
