pro-attivo launch pro-START

Based on feedback from our clients we have launched our pro-START service (see our BS 15000 services section). This service focuses upon establishing a solid project based foundation to manage BS 15000 gap closure. Sometimes it is difficult to know where to start with the BS 15000 Service Improvement Programme (SIP). We get the project up on its feet and then hand over to your own staff to continue to manage the project thus striking a balance between cost and risk management. Of course, if you prefer we can provide an on-going management capability. During the course of the SIP our consultants can return to perform a repeat assessment to ensure that the gaps are closing (see our Mini pro-CAM service). Contact us for further details.
