Principal Consultant to speak at two itSMF eventsTuesday 23rd May 2006 David Clifford [FISM], will be speaking at two special ISO/IEC 20000 events in the coming months. The first will be the itSMF ISO/IEC 20000 Special Interest Group meeting taking place at Pilkington in the North of England. The SIG was established by the itSMF to promote self-help and sharing of experiences with regards to the standard. The event will take place on Thursday 25th May. Representing the Institute of Service Management, David will focus on the people aspects of the standard. The second event will be an itSMF hosted ISO/IEC 20000 Seminar that will be taking place in Cambridge on Thursday 20th July. At this event David will focus on "Navigating through the FAQs", looking at answering those common questions that he has been confronted with during working with the standard and its forerunners from their early days in 2001 to the present time.
