Delegate Pass Rates keep improving

At the latest review up to the End of January 2006, PRO-ATTIVO has trained over 30% of the world's itSMF accredited consultants. 88% of our BS 15000 - ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant Course delegates pass compared to the average of all other course providers of 60%.

Doug Read, a PRO-ATTIVO Consultant commented, "this is a specialist area, training companies who already provide ITIL training are not necessarily going to be able to deliver the same level of results that they have previously done as ISO/IEC 20000 is a specialist area, that is why we decided to specialise in consulting and lecturing with regards to the standard and it makes the difference for our clients".
