ISO/IEC 20000 Accredited Training from January 2006

The itSMF have confirmed that we will be able to offer ISO/IEC 20000 accredited training from January 2006. All of our BS 15000 courses will transition to the new standard from this date. Our site will be updated within the next two weeks to reflect these changes. In the meantime please continue to book using our booking form. The course content will be ostensibly the same with minor differences surrounding the changes in the standard itself which can be summarised as follows : * Formatting changes * Re-wording changes that do not affect the intent of the BS 15000 requirement * 16 requirement changes, 7 of which occur in a single clause and none of them are radical from an IT Service Management point of view
