David Clifford awarded Fellow of the Institute of Service Management status

Today we have received confirmation that our Principal Consultant and Lecturer, David Clifford, has been awarded the top accolade within the Institute of Service Management. As a FELLOW of the institute his contribution to the Service Management industry has been recognised. Commenting on this David said, "I am extremely pleased to have been recognised in this way by my peers. The Institute serves an important part in the Service Management community helping professionals at all levels, from Students to Practitioners and beyond, to achieve their goals and receive recognition for their achievements.
