Purpose
It is difficult sometimes to know where to start. This service is designed to address the primary questions that you need answering at the initiation of your ISO/IEC 20000 programme. This will include :

- To enable you to cross-reference your documents, tools, organization and general records against the types of evidence we look for to underpin the ISO/IEC 20000 requirements.
Approach
We take a collaborative approach to defining your strategy for ISO/IEC 20000 certification. We use a series of short meetings with key stakeholders to understand your business and define a proposal based upon your specific circumstances. Typically the whole process takes up to a week with a follow up session diarised to review the cross-referencing of your records in preparation for a formal ISO/IEC 20000 capability assessment (see our services : pro-CAMTM).
