Purpose

To work with your service management functions in order to produce a realistic gap closure plan that will enable you to address any issues prior to certification in a predictable fashion.

Approach

Following on from the gap assessment we will work with your teams to discuss the gaps, the relevance of the closure activities and the time frames in which these will be completed. We will then draw up a project plan and Project Initiation Document to address every gap in a realistic timescale. RAID assessment will also be undertaken (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies). We work to the Prince 2 methodology. Our consultant team includes Prince 2 practitioners giving you confidence demonstrated through a portfolio of successful client projects.
