Either a half day or full day session, this presentation explores the journey to achieving and retaining ISO/IEC 20000 certification.

Purpose

If you are considering travelling down the certification route this awareness session will provide the background to enable you to make an informed decision regarding your strategy. It can also be used for generating awareness within the IT Service Management team as a whole regarding what the standard means to them.

We have two versions of the awareness session, one for :

1. Service Providers who are considering the certification route and one for

2. Customers (in plain English) who are considering assessing their existing Service Providers or possibly including ISO/IEC 20000 as a requirement within ITTs (Invitation To Tenders).
