On the 2nd July we hosted an ITSM Seminar at the Williams Formula One Conference Centre in the UK. The speakers included world renowned leaders in their field; Shirley Lacy (ITIL3), Dr Jenny Dugmore (ISO/IEC 20000 Developments), Chris Miles (Practical Impact to the marketplace of ITIL3), Alejandro Debenedet (The APMG Qualification Scheme), Stuart Wright (The Big Picture) and David Clifford (a personal view...).
