• IS20F - Foundation Level "ITSM Foundation Bridge according to ISO/IEC 20000" 
  • 20 mulitple choice questions
  • 13 correct to pass
  • 30 minutes
  • nb. if you already have the EXIN SQMF or the EXIN ITSM Foundation according to ISO/IEC 20000 qualification then you do not need to sit this foundation bridge examination
• IS20PMI - Professional Level "Management & Improvement of ITSM Processes according to ISO/IEC 20000"
  • 40 multiple choice scenario based questions
  • 26 correct to pass
  • 90 minutes
• Exam candidates passing both qualifications will also receive the IS20CM ITSM Consultant/Service Manager qualification
