stage 7 Audit Preparation Provide support to your organization during the Registered Certification Body [RCB] ISO/IEC 20000 audit process

Purpose

To gain certification to the standard.

Approach

The RCB of your choice will conduct an on-site review of your service management capability against the standard. This will typically take 3 to 5 days dependent upon the scope. We will sit alongside your staff to assist with the presentation to the RCB and address any queries that may occur.
