Purpose

Mini pro-CAM^TM focuses on assessing (or re-assessing for progress) a specific area of your service management organization. This may be necessary because you either have a specific concern in that area or it has already been assessed and some major non-conformances [gaps] were found that require specific re-assessment.

Approach

The assessment takes place via a combination of on-site visits, information gathering, off-site evidence reviews, clarification and elaboration interviews culminating in a final gap assessment report.
