Purpose

If you are considering travelling down the certification route this awareness session will provide the background to enable you to make an informed decision regarding your strategy. It can also be used for generating awareness within the IT Service Management team as a whole regarding what the standard means to them.

PRO-ATTIVO continues expansion of its ISO/IEC 20000 education services through the introduction of a new e-Learning product. It is designed to provide a solid overview of the standard and the certification scheme for all involved with IT Service Management. It is available in single and corporate based licensing models. The duration is between 2 and 3 hours dependent on the user’s own pace.
