This Auditing Track qualification is designed to communicate an approach to conducting internal audits within a service provider’s IT Service Management organisation. It is likely to include details of :

Performing an internal audit

Producing an audit programme
Understanding the status and importance of processes and the areas to be audited
Producing the audit plan
Selection of auditors

Managing improvements

Ensuring ownership of improvement activities
Establishing and maintaining an improvement plan
Establishing and maintaining an improvement process
Managing cross-process improvements
